Vibur Studio ® is a full-service creative and development agency, with  a dynamic team of in-house experts delivering end-to-end solutions that don’t just meet expectations-but elevate brands beyond them.

Since 2015, we've proudly delivered to 100+ clients across sectors including healthcare, tech, beauty, food & beverage, hospitality, tourism, NGOs, and more, in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, UAE...
What began in 2015 as 2D and 3D product design quickly evolved into brand identity design and management, driven by demand and fueled by purpose.

As the digital landscape transformed, so did we, in 2020, we expanded into website design and development- transforming into Vibur Studio, and by early 2024, we embraced the future with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions- creating not just visuals, but scalable, intuitive digital experiences.

Discovery & alignment

Within 45 minutes of contacting us, we’ll schedule a discovery call to clarify your goals, scope, budget, timeline, and success criteria, and flag any early risks. If we’re a fit, we’ll confirm next steps, terms, milestones, and move into strategy and planning.

Strategy + design system

With the scope confirmed, we refine the problem, assess solution options, and validate key assumptions through quick iterations with your team. This ensures expectations and deliverables are clearly aligned before moving into build.

Design + QA

Where the rubber hits the road. We bring the solution to life through short cycles of design, development, review, and refinement, ensuring steady progress, visibility, and alignment throughout.

Launch + handover

For retainer support, we implement the approved designs and strategy in ongoing cycles. For one-off projects, once delivery is approved, we launch and hand over all agreed files, documentation, and deliverables.

Ongoing support

For at least one month (or as agreed), we provide support through consultations, training, troubleshooting, and refinements.
